You’ll map your time, organize your priorities, and train your body with simple, effective strength workouts. You'll discover that structure isn’t restrictive—it’s what creates freedom, consistency, and momentum.
Earth - Food
You’ll learn to nourish yourself in a way that supports your energy, hormones, and mood. We focus on blood sugar balance, realistic meal planning, and seasonal eating rooted in Chinese medicine. In this framework, food is medicine. It’s how we build blood, anchor our emotions, and stay steady. Your Earth center is what holds you. When it’s nourished, everything else flows better.
Yin - Awareness
You’ll build emotional resilience by learning to stay present with your body, your thoughts, and your patterns. This is where strength meets softness—where we train the nervous system to stay steady. You’ll practice self-awareness as a skill, not a concept, so you can stop spiraling, stop shaming yourself, and start responding with clarity. Your inner world matters. Let’s make it a safer, calmer place to live.
